Description
I'm trying to read a compressed image from inside a DICOM medical imaging file.
After parsing the data as an Array{UInt8,1}
I try to decode the image using
ImageMagick.readblob()
This throws an error from libmagicwand
of
no decode delegate for this image format `J2K' @ error/blob.c/BlobToImage/360

I tried to resolve this by following the instructions shown in README.md
by setting MAGICK_HOME
however these are obviously for an outdated version of the package. My local installation does have support for the required image format

Which contains the J2K decoder. Is there any workaround, or some way to force ImageMagick.jl
to either use the local version of libMagickWand
or am I stuck with having to use an external utility to decompress the files before reading them?
