• [Job Listing Saas] (https://github.com/Limyangtyin/LYT-SaaS-BED-Portfolio) - A Laravel-powered job listing platform utilizing TDD for reliability. Features BREAD operations, user authentication (register, login, logout), and role-based access control for companies, positions, and users.

• [Chittering Community App] (https://github.com/Limyangtyin/NMT-Chittering-MA) - A Flutter-based mobile application developed as a final-year group project designed to streamline rate payments for residents while providing news, events, and a bookmarking system for tracking important local activities. Features built-in roles & permissions, where logged-in users can pay rates, while guests can freely browse news and events.
