Precision on UserId (Principal)

When following documentation, I got the error message

Register-ScheduledTask: Access denied (Register-ScheduledTask: Accès refusé in my French version)

Is there an issue with the Principal UserId. Some documentation mentions that it should be NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. Can any user run a task, should it be an admin or the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM user? In the latter case, I got

Register-ScheduledTask: Le mappage entre les noms de compte et les ID de sécurité n’a pas été effectué.
                       No mapping betwen account names and security IDs was done in English versions I think.

Could you update the documentation, please?
