Pillow 8.4.0 does not support Python 3.11 install error

What is the workaround for the following install error?

NOTE: Pillow 10.1 did install successfully. Is it possible to redirect Tkinter-designer to use this version?

Pillow 8.4.0 only supports up to and including Python 3.10. Either you can try to downgrade your Python version, or by manually forking the Git repository and updating the requirements in the requirements.txt and pyproject.toml
