feat(YouTube - SponsorBlock): Undo automatic skip

Feature description

A button in the Youtube player that undoes a skip, it could appear in place of or below/above the skip button. A config option could be provided to have it only appear when the player overlay is visible.

Motivation

It would allow selectively undoing automatic skips for SponsorBlock segments.

Instead of an undo button, if the double tap to rewind 5/10 second is used after an automatic skip then the double tap action instead rewinds to the start of the skipped segment. Could also work if the manual seek is used to seek into/near the segment after an automatic skip. Then no overlay buttons are needed, and the feature could be on by default.

Is this a feature in official SponsorBlock too? If not, there's likely a reason. This should be upstreamed or a related issue linked

Last time I checked official SB browser plugin incorporates an 'undo skip' in the popup notification that shows after a segment is automatically skipped. That could be a solution here, if the Android "Skipped segment" toast was replaced with a custom popup that mimics a toast, but tapping anywhere on the popup undoes the skip.

And for reasons I cannot figure out, I cannot unlink the unfinished and abandoned PR that was linked by someone else. It might be the lack of permissions that the branch owner failed to change.
