Repository for hosting test data for cs-nf-pipelines
This repository contains simulated and subset data for various data types to be used in conjunction with the nf-test framework as part of the cs-nf-pipelines Nextflow pipelines.
Data are for testing purposes only, and are provided under MIT licensing as such.
