Add support for Qwen3, the latest addition to the Qwen family of large language models.

Can this issue be assigned to me? I'm quite interested in this project and starts exploring it.

+1 to this proposal. Interesting thinking model to study since thinking mode is enabled by a single token being added to the prompt. Also seems to be more performant than the r1-distills. @TT1228 have you done any work on adding this?
