UI Spec or related definition (if needed)
Dev investigation and research (if needed)
Dev coding task 1
Dev coding task 2, 3, etc. (typically several)
Code review and initial branch test
Code review, fixes, and PR to master
Full test pass
Bug fixes (list in separate to-do list)
