Flink app and connector

We need to create an app that will install Flink inside the Airy cluster and also create a Flink connector that will be used for Airy to communicate to the Flink instance for:

• Executing Flink SQL statements that are consumed from a topic;
• Sending messages to Airy when there is an output detected.
