This app shortens urls.

* works only in docroot
* issues with linking to css and js

How to install:

1. mysql dbname < links.sql
2. change docroot to the ezmvc folder
3. create a file in ezmvc/loader called connect.yaml which should have:

a_dbConnect:
  host: 127.0.0.1
  user: dbuser
  pass: your_password
  db: dbname

4. restart apache
