chore: update flashblock viem/wagmi and websocket doc

What changed? Why?
The current content on viem/wagmi is not useful and even incorrect. Updating it to include some js instruction on using the library to get faster tx confirmation.

Also updated the websocket section to include our utility lib to allow decompress data properly.
