Feature Request

It would be nice to have the client serving a simple status-page. That would help to integrate it in f.e. umbrel. This needs no fancy design, but a html page showing the service is running and maybe which numbers are configured (so basicly a reformated output of /v1/about).

A webui for configuration would be superb, but not really neede in my opinion.
