Switch to deepface from face_recognition

The stable release of numpy-2.0.0 on Arch breaks face_recognition (see ageitgey/face_recognition#1573, ageitgey/face_recognition#1574), which hasn't been updated in 2 years (ageitgey/face_recognition#1571). Perhaps howdy could switch to use deepface instead?

deepface seems to be a very promising alternative to face_recognition, but I'm unsure about when we can implement it.
