Gitea in this PR fixed the issue that prevented it from being used as an OCI registry when path-based routing was enabled.

We should update Gitea to the latest version and enable it so it could be used as the OCI registry for idpBuilder and make the necessary changes for PR #166 to work.

nvm looks like #236 already got this right.
