Feature: Allow to select a time unit in the scheduledtasks view

Would it be possible to add a dropdown menu in the scheduledtasks in #4239 (comment) so that, as a user, I can see the intervals in a more understandable way (taking into account also reminders) rather than only in milliseconds?

I have added a pretty print for the configured times in a branch. The actual value in milliseconds is still accessible via hovering the displayed value.

If the units are property localized based on language the user selects, then it looks good to me 👍

@SteKoe a small consideration: isn't that (ms) in the header of the tables misleading now? Wouldn't it be better to show it only on hover together with the real value?
