Add support for multiple wordlists at a time in comma delimited format

At present scanning class supports a single wordlist with

vhostscan -w wordlist.txt

Issue raises the need for:

vhostscan -w wordlist.txt, hostnamelist.txt

Etc'

Since we're moving up the release by a month I'm going to remove this feature from the 1.0 milestone and leave it as a value-add for later.

Moving this into help wanted, I'll tackle if it's still around soon but thought I'd open it up in case other contributors wanted to throw in on it.
