When I save a request, the app becomes unresponsive

I am using the flatpak v0.2.2 on Fedora Silverblue 42 Gnome.

Once the save dialog is closed the app becomes unresponsive, I have to end its process through System Monitor, and the request is not saved. When I right click on the app's icon in the tray and click close the request is not saved warning is triggered but its dialog too is unresponsive.

I am not sure what relevant information I should supply as I am a novice Linux user, but anyone can provide me instructions to get such information if need be.
