Improvement to the swipe action responsiveness & fluidity on touch devices

This release contains changes to improve the responsiveness of the tab headers on swiping on touch devices.
And it contains few minor bug fixes

Add tab feature added

Now new tabs can be added through a public method available in scrollTabs() widget

Initial release

This release works with jQuery 1.11+ and jQuery UI 1.11+.
