Option to hide "sensitive" informations

Hello,

Is there an existing option to hide the following information from the homepage?

• The version number of DocuSeal
• The number of documents signed by DocuSeal

I don't believe it's particularly relevant to display this kind of information. Displaying the version number could assist an attacker in targeting specific DocuSeal installations. Similarly, revealing the count of documents signed could attract potential attackers to installations with a high volume of signed documents.
