Pull Request Overview
This PR introduces experimental tests to evaluate the cancellation behavior of the SendPingAsync method as part of investigations for issue #113831.
- Added a new private helper method CancelSendPingExperimentImpl to test cancellation of a Ping request.
- Introduced multiple parameterized test methods invoking the experiment with various host inputs.
