[UX]: Better UX for switching between projects using the CLI

Problem

It's hard for users to know which project they're currently using, and having to pass a flag to override is awkward.

Solution

• A CLI command that lists all projects that are enabled
• A CLI command to switch the current "default" project

+1 to this. I had the same issue. would be great to be able to list projects and switch the default one.

@colinjc Have you tried using DSTACK_PROJECT env for selecting the project? I find it handy when working with multiple projects simultaneously in different terminals/environments:

$ export DSTACK_PROJECT=my-project-1
$ dstack apply ...

@r4victor Ideally, I would replace dstack config with

• dstack project add – equivalent of dstack config
• dstack project list - list multiple configured locally projects
• dstack project set - change the default project
