Cellular automaton dead link

The cellular automaton link seems to be dead. I have found this page which seems to describe the algorithm: http://www.pub22.net/ca-rng/report.html , but I can't be sure it's the same article, having never seen the original one.  

If it is indeed the same, perhaps the link should be updated.
