'Invalid date' before a join due to redactions

It looks like "Invalid Date" is a result of giving undefined, NaN, or Infinity to Date().

> new Date(undefined).toDateString()
'Invalid Date'
> new Date(NaN).toDateString()
'Invalid Date'
> new Date(Infinity).toDateString()
'Invalid Date'

I'd bet good money on this being due to the time stamp on the event being any of the above values. It looks like this happens when a join is redacted.

According to https://matrix.org/docs/spec/client_server/r0.2.0.html#redactions, origin_server_ts is stripped when events are redacted, but joins are seemingly left in the timeline despite being redacted, causing and Invalid Date and aN:aN in the time stamp to the left of the event tile.

And of course the join is left in the timeline because it is wrapped in a MemberEventListSummary. This needs to only include an event if EventTile.haveTileForEvent.
