Please compile with clangd support. (LLVM-334)

I want to use clangd for lsp server in neovim, but on system clangd is not working properly with esp-idf.
Builds of the releases don't contain clangd tool.

Sorry for inconvenience. We switched to new build system and eventually lost clangd.
We are going to make one more Clang 17 based release soon and will include it.
