Question about "Customizable Connection-Id routing"

Dear sir,
Fortunately, I have read the slides proposed by Udip Pant and Martin Lau and the stateless routing is a clever design. About this idea, I have some questions, will you give me some guides?

Q1: What's the purpose of Worker-ID ? It's the pid or thead-id ? For zero-downtime restarts of servers ?
Q2: Does mvfst consider random collision when generate CID ? As described in here . For CID-V1: 27~63bits is random, only 37bits can be used.
Q3: I have seen that facebook.com use CID-V1, what's the purpose of CID-V2?
Q4: When considering QUIC Migration, will host-id encrypted in the future?
