Extract Flutter Widget... hotkey doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select any widget you want to extract.
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+W (default hotkey). It should work but doesn't.
   
3. Try to do that with mouse (RMB -> Refactor -> Extract Flutter Widget...). It works.

Side note: Ctrl+Alt+M for Extract method... works just fine.

Turns out, there's some other hotkey set out of the box which caused this issue.
