Handle MAJOR.MINOR format of node version

Deploy fails with 127 err when you specify node version like 18.18 instead of 18.18.2 because of this
Maybe add a validation in UI itself for custom versions.

We don't allow for minor versions on release group [deps] yet, however we should.
