Resolves FT-de9dd14f-fbc5-4199-9ee2-db03e7c1cb51

  • I have added automatic tests where applicable.
  • The PR contains a description of what has been changed.
  • The description contains manual test instructions.
  • The PR contains updates to the release notes.
  • I have verified that the documentation is still up to date.

Changes

  • removes docs sections but API reference, decided to keep them and migrate them in the future as sphinx output cannot be rendered by our new docs tooling out of the box

Test

  • build the docs and inspect the page

Tests are failing but that is unrelated to this pr, so we can merge this anyways.
