Fail to read interface and device descriptor

I have rt8153 it works on my windows computer, and shows correct vid and pid as one on your example, but when i tried on esp32 s3 with the usb_otg jumper soldered it shows zero descriptors count, my router logs the ethernet connected with link up. Im stuck on this part. Im using arduino core v3.2.0 with ESP-IDF v5.4.1, maybe its the idf version im missing? yours is at v5.4.0

Can you share some log output from your esp32s3? We're now on 5.4.1 here and it's working perfectly. Are you using the exact example or have you modified it for arduino?

It has almost no modification while porting to arduino esp v3.2.0. heres the ported arduino code you may try

I can't see where you are setting CONFIG_USB_HOST_ENABLE_ENUM_FILTER_CALLBACK=y, on ESP-IDF this is set in sdkconfig

ok i got it, on arduino esp32 core the CONFIG_USB_HOST_ENABLE_ENUM_FILTER_CALLBACK is not enabled as defined in sdkconfig # CONFIG_USB_HOST_ENABLE_ENUM_FILTER_CALLBACK is not set, I've installed a new arduino core based on the ff comment to find out whats on the sdkconfig of esp32s3, I guess theres a lot more work to do in arduino core like compiling with the above setting enabled. I'll report here if I can get it to work Thank you!

ive used the idf instead enabling the CONFIG_USB_HOST_ENABLE_ENUM_FILTER_CALLBACK on the sdkconfig works as the solution, Thank you.
