I hope that the discrepancy from the previous pull request is now fixed.
( Curated tools for the biodiversity community #328 )

This version is based on a review of the tools at Galaxy Code Fest 2024

It contains the common subset of the tools listed in the files of curated tools and the automatically generated tool_status.tsv.

We will update this file with the remaining curated tools as soon as possible.

Hi @adluinf,
My understanding is that the only info that should be changed in the tool_status.tsv file are the columns To keep and deprecated.
If the tool is relevant for biodiversity, the "To keep" column should say TRUE, if the tool is no longer used or not relevant, the "deprecated" column should say TRUE.
Once this is done, it will automatically create a curated_tools.tsv file

I am happy to support with that or lead this step if you want, let me know :)
