cli: everytime running `convex dev` indentation chagnes in `convex.json` file

wow yeah, sounds annoying. What's file before and after, is one of these a tab? Is the issue that an autoformatter formats it one way and convex is writing it a different way, so we should be running a formatter on this? Or before writing it convex could always read it, see if it's identical when parsed, and if so not write it.

I'm not too sure but I think both are spaces and convex turns it into 2 (from 4).

I think running the formatter could be the better solution. Sometimes the content is same, and maybe some other time the content could be different.
