All new APIs LGTM, with a few minor issues I'm tracking:

• Possibly making the zero value of net/http.CrossOriginProtection usable. (Done)
• An open question about go/types.EmbeddedFieldKind. (Resolved; no change required)
• Possibly landing CL 644255 in x/crypto so that blake2b implements the new hash.XOF interface. Since this is an x repo and x/crypto/blake2b is not vendored into std, this is less critical.
