Bug: In a multi-root workspace, pwd is wrong

When I open a file that belongs to a non-first root,

Multi Cradle: No prefixes matched
pwd: <first root of the workspace>
filepath: <current file>

[fendor]

Can confirm, this has recently started to bite me as well.
