[example/staking] issues with various action response dialogue, SDK v0.47

After broadcasting actions like delegate, redelegate, and claim to a network using v0.47 of the SDK return the error:
Error: Invalid string. Length must be a multiple of 4

To reproduce issue:

• Download repo
• Navigate to /examples/staking
• configure to chain using v0.47 sdk (wasmd, terpnetwork, etc)
• attempt to stake , redelegate or claim tokens normally to a validator and recieve error prompt

I'm guessing the 0.47 protobuffers are different from 0.46 for staking? maybe a different module?
