The parameter 'sizelimit' doesn't limit when PagedResults adapter is used

When 'sizelimit' parameter is set in the search options, the search is stopped if there are more entries.

However, if PagedResults adapter is used, the search is NOT stopped after reaching the limit. That contradicts with "the size limit, in entries, for the whole search operation."

If this behaviour is indended, the description of sizelimit() should mention about it.
If not - please fix it.

Both limits (time and size) apply to the whole protocol search operation, not the synthesized one stitched from multiple protocol searches, as with Paged Results. I'll make it clearer in the docs.
