Separate the STATUS MODLE from the SCPI 

Hello, are there any plans to decouple the state model from the SCPI parser? 

In my current application scenario of virtualized instruments, I aim to support both SCPI and IVI without incorporating SCPI-related content into the IVI driver. However, both user interfaces require state models.
