Setting to Display card description in main view

I would like to see the description of my tasks without having to open the card

Describe the solution you'd like
I know that some people want to keep their board clean and therefore do not want to see all the descriptions. So I think this would be best as a setting.
Display card description on board
or Collapse card description on board

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternate solution would be for each card to be collapsible. When collapsed, it does not show its description. When expanded it shows the full description. So each card would have a collapse/expand toggle button.

I'm unsure how to exactly implement this because the description currently relies on the TipTap rich text editor and I'm not sure whether it also supports a read-only mode which can be used to just display the information.

Moreover, I'm not sure how this would look from a design perspective considering cards already have lots of icons and things like tags on them (would they be over or under the description?).

Once these have been figured out, I'm open to looking into it (but no guarantees).

I see what you're saying now about the icons. I think it makes most sense and would also be easiest to keep them above the description. That way the expanded description does not interfere with the current UI layout
