Add Pomodoro Timer Integration Tied to (Sub-)Tasks #827

Description

@nselvara

Here’s another feature suggestion that complements my earlier ones - a built-in Pomodoro timer with tracking and feedback.

Feature Proposal: Pomodoro Timer + Feedback & Tracking

Problem
I use the Pomodoro technique (25 min focus / 5 min break) to maintain deep focus during engineering work. Currently, I need to use external apps, which breaks my flow and disconnects time tracking from the actual tasks.

Proposed Feature Bundle

1. Pomodoro Timer per Task/Subtask

  • Add a start/stop/reset Pomodoro control to each task card
  • Show visual indicator (e.g., progress circle, countdown timer)
  • Optional: Auto-start next Pomodoro/break

2. Pomodoro Tracking Sheet / History View

  • Log all completed Pomodoro sessions
  • Display date, time, and which task was linked
  • Support daily/weekly summaries
  • Optional: Export as CSV/Markdown

3. Optional Feedback Per Session

  • When a session ends, prompt for short reflection:
    • “Was this session productive?”
    • “Any blockers or distractions?”
  • Store these notes in the log

4. Pomodoro Count Badge on Tasks

  • Show how many Pomodoros have been spent on each task
  • Possibly use this for sorting or filtering tasks by effort

Alternatives Considered

  • External apps (e.g., Pomofocus, Forest, Toggl)
  • Manual timers with pen-and-paper logs
  • Markdown tracking in descriptions

These are fragmented and not integrated into the Kanban workflow - which Kanri could elegantly solve.

🧩 Additional Context

A built-in Pomodoro + tracking system would turn Kanri into a focused productivity powerhouse - great for engineers, makers, and students alike. Even a basic MVP would already provide huge value.
