steps to reproduce

1. Apply the artery-udp-cluster manifiest
2. Wait for nodes to start
3. See logs
4. You will find this line repeated non-stop:
   01:19:58.960UTC ERROR[ClusterPCS-akka.actor.default-dispatcher-3] HttpContactPointBootstrap - Overdue of probing-failure-timeout, stop probing, signaling that it's failed
