Support for almalinux as a Linux distribution

Currently when the distribution of a Linux package is set to "almalinux" it gives a warning with the error Newtonsoft.Json.JsonSerializationException: Error converting value "almalinux" to type 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.Governance.Contracts.LinuxDistribution'. The request is for support for the distribution type of almalinux.
