Allow streaming LSP communication into the inspector

Currently the web app has a way to load log files. However, it would be nice if it can connect to a data source (using websocket?) and let LSP logs be appended to the visualization as they happen.

You can easily convert an existing LS to utilize the Webview LSP Inspector extension, for example see octref/vscode-language-server-template@4181af8
