Alignment Update

The current alignment implementation is scattered and not like padding, where you can set Global and PerColumn in one place. This is because alignment was one of the first functions before modernization.

The primary goal is to:

• Deprecate Formatting.Alignment
• Deprecate ColumnAligns
• Introduce CellAlignment
• Change implementation modification
• Migrate tests
• Update README
