Update core ZFS code from OpenSolaris

The 0.4.9 release is currently based on b121 which is getting quite stale. As part of the 0.5.0 release I need to make sure to update the ZFS core code to the latest build and of course work through all the breakage that will likely cause.

This work took about 3 weeks longer than I had hoped but it's basically done. I have updated the core ZFS code from onnv_121 to onnv_141. This is a still a few releases behind the latest onnv_143 since it took me several weeks to do this but smaller updates in the future should be easier. This bring us up to zpool v26 and zfs v5.

My plan is to stabilize this release and pull in fixes for as many of the open issues as is reasonable. Once that is done I'll make an 0.5.0 tag.
