Fix how the challenge uses charcters (originally 8) to make it work with pwn.college

Not working jet as the flag is too big. Maybe a split in several parts and output of several cipher texts will help.

This should now have dynamic flagCheck which takes in the decoded bytes you get from the challenge.

To make this working, flag = flag[12:20] is needed in picochip, as the challenge can transport only 8 bytes.
