Issue description

If raylib is built with OpenGL 3.3 but this OpenGL version is not supported by the system (as might be the case of an old GPU), calling CloseWindow() after InitWindow() results in a segfault.

Apparently, the segfault happens inside rlglClose(), which is called from CloseWindow().

The segfault seems to happen only with SetTraceLogLevel(LOG_NONE). With SetTraceLogLevel(LOG_ALL), however, the output is:

Everything works fine if raylib is built on the same system with OpenGL 2.1.
