i meet No delegateCommandHandler for vscode.java.test.get.testpath when i update

I was able to run 1.40, but when I upgraded to 1.42 I got a "No delegateCommandHandler for vscode.java.test.get.testpath" error and I couldn't run unit tests

Same here. Tests are no longer visible in test explorer. Not able to run tests from editor.

Issue:
Language Support for Java(TM) by Red Hat Extension v1.41.1 causes tests to no longer load in Testing in VSCode

Output from Extension Host:

	at /xxx/.vscode/extensions/redhat.java-1.41.1-darwin-arm64/dist/extension.js:2:1069329

Immediate resolution:
Install Extension version 1.41.0

Steps:

1. Right Click on Language Support for Java(TM) by Red Hat Extension
2. Install Specific Version
3. Choose 1.41.0
4. Restart Extensions

it's working for me when using the release version 1.41.1 of Language Support for Java. I previosly tried with the release version 1.41.0 because it temporarely solved the problem yesterday, but today was not working anymore, so i had to upgrade both extensions
