Testexplorer doesn't show Tests since latest release 1.41.1

In a maven project:

No tests have been found in this workspace yet.

Testrunner for Java is installed: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=vscjava.vscode-java-test

Launching/Debugging still works.

With a rollback to 1.41.0 all tests are shown again.
