Icons to run the tests disappeared

With the latest version (1.41.1) the icons to run the tests disappeared.
Reverting to the previous version (1.41.0) the icons reappeared

I have the same problem, related to "No delegateCommandHandler for vscode.java.test.get.testpath" error. The workaround is working, downgrade to 1.41.0.

If you can, try the proposed vsix (that includes a possible fix) at microsoft/vscode-java-test#1759 (comment) as I think that should resolve the issue.

Test Runner for Java (vscjava.vscode-java-test) pre-release 0.43.2025040304 is published with the fix, please install it and let me know if you still have the problem. Thank you!
