Remove

  • ServiceBundle API
  • old custom logger API, they have been renamed to LogMetadata and LoggerTransport
  • old lambda handler API, use the restate-sdk-lambda package for that
  • old input/output serializer/deserializers functions and the raw attribute. Use custom serdes for those.
