Abbreviated argument flags

--output-file gets to be very exhausting, even with the use of ZSH auto completion. I think we should shorten some of these flags.

• -o: output file
• -i: Input file
• -m: Minimize
• -t: for --template-type

That's more straightforward for the create-template and write-policy commands, but I'm not quite sure about the Query ones.
